This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless service experience across onboarding, account inquiries, platform support, and operational requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and able to communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate support to clients via email, phone, and digital communication channels. Assist clients with account onboarding, verification procedures, and operational documentation. Coordinate with internal departments, including Investment Operations and Risk Management, to resolve client issues efficiently. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and escalate matters when necessary. Contribute to the development of support procedures, FAQs, and client resources to enhance the overall service experience.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in client service, financial operations, or fintech support preferred.
